We typically use 6mm or 8mm toughened glass for table tops, depending on the size of the table and intended use. Larger tables may benefit from 10mm glass for extra rigidity and durability. We’ll advise the right thickness as part of your quote.
Yes. We cut glass to virtually any shape including circles, ovals, D-shapes, L-shapes and more. Simply describe the shape you need and provide dimensions — or send a drawing/sketch.
We include rubber or silicone bumpers that sit between the glass and the table surface, preventing the top from sliding while also protecting the surface beneath from scratches.
We use toughened (tempered) safety glass which is 4–5 times stronger than standard glass. In the unlikely event of breakage, it shatters into small, blunt fragments rather than sharp shards — significantly reducing the risk of injury.
